JORDAN 11 BRED LEGIT CHECK

Looks like a legit GS pair.
Honestly the shoes look good but the fact that the seller doesnt have hardly any feedback and the pictures arent even tagged worries me.. Too many scams on ebay to take a chance based on what i said.. thats just my opinion though...

Shoes are legit. You should buy them. I'm confident he will send them based on my review of him and the listing.

Also you have eBay money back guarantee, so don't worry you will get your money back if you get a fake pair since it says "100% authentic" on the listing.

If you get a fake pair that means the item was not as described automatic money back AND you keep the shoes

Haha that is 100% false, so according to you all you need to do is file a claim as item not described, even if it was authentic and you keep the item and money.. Please do not give advice if you don't know what your talking about.

You will file a claim if it's fake or not in the condition as described, with a fake item claim PayPal will usually side in your favor immediately and you'll have to return the item to the seller in the condition you received. You'll usually have to pay shipping to send the item back which sucks.

Unfortunately I've had to go through this process multiple times as there's so many fakes on eBay...

As a matter of fact I am not giving false advice at all and you can call eBay and check for yourself because I just went thru this. Literally.

Someone just sold me a fake pair of gamma 12 on eBay. They had a no return policy but eBay covered it.

I reported the incident and said I want my money back. They told me that I have to send the shoes back to get my refund.

That's when I checked the heck out of them, because they tried to say that dumb crap you just said. So let me educate YOU so that you don't get scammed... If an item that was sold to you turns out to be counterfeit, BASED ON EBAY POLICY, you do not have to send the item back. Actually it would be illegal to send it back.

This rule is in the policy you just have to press on it and they will enforce it. I am telling you I just went thru this so I speak from experience.

What happens when you tell them that is they email you a document thay says you have destroyed the fake item and they make you sign it and scan it and email it back to them, then they REFUND YOU IN FULL.

I just went thru this. And here is THE exact document printed and signed by me, which I scanned and sent to eBay and got my money back with:

Please don't ever question my credibility or integrity again. Thanks.

Technicality, the way it works 99% of the time is what I said. Not to question your motives but you could easily buy an authentic shoe, claim to be fake, claim to destroy and then you've not only gotten your money back but also got a free pair of shoes. This is 100% why I don't deal with ebay and try to stay away from PayPal unless absolutely necessary. Seems a bit fishy why anyone would go through all that when your guaranteed your refund when you send the shoe back, well unless you were trying to scam the system.

And by the way, all that being said, I will tell you that yes, it is a process to get your money back the way I did, and it might take 2 weeks but you will get your money back.

Let's not let this turn into something way off topic so I will conclude by saying

Also this just proved you got your money back and kept the item.. So your the one who's stealing now... Also a letter you typed and signed is supposed to be proof you destroyed the item? Haha right.

You could also claim the box you received was empty, file a claim and get your money back, if they deny it file a charge back with your credit card and you get your money back: there's tons of ways to go about this... just morally is it worth it for a pair of shoes.

The reason you don't return the shoe is because it's fake and they don't want you to return it so that he doesn't sell it again to some other duck.

Bro trust me I would not steal a penny. I actually DID destroy the shoes and sent a video to the guy who sold them to me with the shoes burning. I did it because he was trying to screw me and I saw that he screwed like 4 other ppl so I went all the way out of my way, not to steal like you claim with your insults, but to make it as inconvenient for the seller of fake shoes as possible, and also to make them lose money by destroying the shoe, for trying to charge legit prices for fake shoes and rob people.

Again. Please don't question my integrity. And before you say anything else about this, I suggest that you or anyone else reading this that doesn't believe me, call eBay 800 number and verify what I said. Even use the case number above as reference.

All it takes is a few complaints/claims for someone to get banned on eBay/PayPal of selling fake goods.. I get what your saying about trying to protect other buyers by not allowing him to sell it again but just seems a bit far to go. Unfortunately it seems there's more fakes then legits on eBay so while you may have stopped this 1 individual there's plenty more out there ready to sell their fake crap to the next person. Big reason why I only buy retail or reputable resellers. Ebay=Scams for both buyers and sellers.

Also, while you feel you did the right thing, the seller probably feels like you stole from him since he did send you an item (granted it was fake) and you got your money back. Having a family of my own I do not like people knowing were I live, especially if I've royally pissed someone off. Maybe it's cuz where I grew up and the kind of things people will do over some dumb **** but who knows the lengths a person would go to get "revenge".

Let me throw in my 2 cents and this is coming from someone who is a top seller, selling over 100 items every month. I sold a lot of shoes on eBay and I'll say for ever 30 pairs sold I'll have 5 buyers who report item not as describe in order to rip me off. EBay requires buyer to send item back but many send back a box with nothing in it. The fraud buyer keeps the shoe and money. Nothing a seller can do about it until he reaches power seller or top seller status then they have power to win the dispute with ease. So whenever you see a top seller or power seller on eBay salute them because they took a lot of losses in order to get where they at. Sometimes its just a competitor messing with them. Its the same thing when you sell locally, I remember a competitor selling shoes pranked call me from different phone numbers every day even tried many time to make me meet at a far location just to not show up. He wanted me to get frustrated and quit. But 10 years and I'm still here. Only the strong survives in this game.
