Pretty much, as physical beings the laws of physics man discovered is just what applies to all. For every action there is an equal and opposite reation. This world is just dualisim that is all their is here. One kind of phenomena and equal and opposite phenomena to that original act of phenomena.
ETA - i like how religion and science are seen as opposites and if you like at all quantum physics, alot of discoveries or things generally talked about in quantum physics are things that exist and have frameworks in buddhism and hinduism and in all kinds of other religions.
