So long story short I sold @joker1988 some laser 4's and since the tracking number didn't say it was delivered he told PayPal he never received the kicks.
He opened up a dispute with PayPal...and for 3 weeks I asked him constantly has he called the post office or went there to see what was good. He never wrote back to me about it he never called or went there either
So I called his local post office plenty of times and it just so happens that his local carrier says he did get the package but she forgot to scan it in that it was delivered
now im just WAITIN for his local carrier to get back from vacation on Monday to hopefully settle this case and win it
