What are the thread's thoughts regarding starting players of the team that is playing against your starting defense?

I'm starting Woodhead and Gates currently, and have the GB D/ST.

Dude snatched up West and Davis knowing I'm hurting at RB. Then proposed a trade where I give Julio/Coleman to get West/Davis/Snead

I traded Garcon for Sims just to get a top 20 back. My other backs are Chris Thompson, Sankey, Coleman :x

Yeah I'd do it if you need a QB this week. I'd try to pick Tyrod back up though because all his weapons will be back soon.

I'm starting Woodhead and Gates currently, and have the GB D/ST.

I try to avoid it especially if those guys don't score against your defense then you are pretty much left with nothing. I have Dalton starting against my Bills defense cause all the defense are gone in my league.

I generally avoid it, esp for QBs, but it's not as counterintuitive as it sounds. Depends on how the scoring is set up. But basically you are betting on GB getting sacks and ST scores.

Take bortles but watch if he plays or not. He has an injured shoulder.

I like bortles over Stafford. I'd consider cutler too if he's available and Jeffery finally plays.

I picked up riddick and might play him as my rb 2 this week just because gurley is on bye. He definitely gets the catches in a ppr league. Especially because Abdullah is trash and fumble prone also they're always playing from behind. He could be a flex play for you in a ppr format.

I say bortles if he plays even with a bum shoulder.
He has nice weapons like Hurns, Yeldon, and Robinson. He is not the trash rookie like last year. He definitely stepped his game up.

Gordon seriously sucks. Right now he's just fast....that's it. Woodhead has scored more than him pretty much every single week. He's the much safer start of the two.

Trade review:

Just added Charcandrick West in my money league (.5 PPR) and I'm trying to make a deal with the team that lost Charles. I need an elite WR and he needs RBs. Is his AJ Green and CJ Spiller for my Gio Bernard and Golden Tate a good offer?

I would rather deal West than Bernard (unless I shouldn't think this way), but without Bernard I'll still have Forte, Gore, West, and Charles Sims.
