OFFICIAL 2015 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

Trade review:

Just added Charcandrick West in my money league (.5 PPR) and I'm trying to make a deal with the team that lost Charles. I need an elite WR and he needs RBs. Is his AJ Green and CJ Spiller for my Gio Bernard and Golden Tate a good offer?

I would rather deal West than Bernard (unless I shouldn't think this way), but without Bernard I'll still have Forte, Gore, West, and Charles Sims.

Do that with no hesitation

Trying to grab AJ Green myself from a charles owner

Which of my RBs can offer without breaking down my tean?

Murray, Lynch, Blount, Woodhead?

Different league from the one I just asked about Barnidge: Is Dez worth making a trade for?

Should we wait til we see if he comes back and plays at least 1 game before making a move?

Too early to shop Antonio Brown and just wait for Ben to come back?

Would y'all drop the Bills D for a WR (Hankerson or D Jax)? I have the Pats as my other D and my WR are Megatron, Steve Smith, Boldin, Sneed and Hurns. Kinda disappointed in the lack of consistency from the Bills and idk if they can right the ship

Standard League.
Hurns vs Hou
Snead vs ATL
Could be a shootout in ATL with Snead and Hurns hasn't been practicing. Hurns has the higher floor though. Snead is in as of now, thoughts?

PPR league
Keenan Allen vs GB
Woodhead vs GB
Probably over thinking this, I should keep in Allen correct?

Keep on flip flopping still....

I like Hurns in standard and Woodhead for PPR. Even though Brees looks for Snead alot he could easily shy away from him like he always does with his WRs. Hurns has a consistent floor so far and has more upside especially against a trash Hou secondary.

Pass rush for GB is real so a lot of dumpoffs could be coming woodhead's way. It's close between those too though cause I think Keenan was letting Gates get his since it was his first game back last week. Can't really go wrong with either.

is it time to cut the cord on J. Stew?

he's barely had any production and his touches are dwindling every week

any thoughts on the following in the FA pool: (standard)

David Johnson

Blount

Buck Allen

Herron

Riddick

my current RBs are:

Antonio Andrews

J. Stew

Karlos Williams

Bradshaw

currently starting Andrews and Stew

but I'm thinking I need to make big moves to have any success later on

So my league is getting pretty hectic/entertaining, here are the footnotes.

- I am commish 5-0, trading partner 1-4

- I let the whole league have input on how the league is run (veto, scoring setting, etc)

- I made two trades for Dez Bryant in the past two weeks, James Jones + Preconcussion Reed and Amari Cooper + Concussed Reed, both get vetoed

- There are 2 guys very vocal about their veto

Guy 1: Argues that I am 5-0 trading for a would be star

My Rebuttle: Team record should be no grounds for a veto + he ripped off the same dude getting steve smith + rivers for injured big ben

Guy 2: Wants Dez for himself

My Rebuttle: You want Dez, stop offering low production players (Agholor + Morris)

- Both these guys are calling me worse commish since Goodell and even go as far as calling it collusion

- Dez Owner gets really mad and drops him in spite

-I have number 2 in the wire, moved up from 7, giving me prime position to pick him up for free

  - They say i altered the waiver order manually

-Rebuttle: My three claims did not go through, thus bumping me up from 7-2

Am I wrong? Im thinking of just using my commish powers to return Dez to the original owner. Advice on handling players like this?

^ I'd lean towards offering Blount but not sure if he'd go for that and probably need multiple players on each side since a straight Blount for AJ swap doesn't make much sense to me for the other guy

That's a mess. I'm currently in a non-money league like this where a monetary item was being included in a trade and both of the owners actually pressured our commish into letting it go through until I used my (co-

)commish powers to reverse the trade. Only reason the commish let it go through is because these same two owners had already been making a big deal over little stuff and using it as "evidence" that the league was being rigged and so he finally caved and let one thing slide.

In short, I'd focus on their intentions instead of their "outrage," they're probably just playing it up to get what they want like what almost went down in my league. Stand firm on your decisions and try to keep things they can complain about to a minimum, so return Dez to the original owner.

Return Dez to his owner. If he dropped him intentionally to piss the league off that's not cool. Dez could be back next week. I'm a commish for my league and there's no vetoes that don't go on. I push all trades through unless they are severely one sided or collusion happening. If two owners agree to a trade and know the risks / possible rewards then let it happen. I question some of the trades that go on my league but whoever is on the worst side of things, then it's their fault.
