OFFICIAL 2015 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

Exactly, trading away your best player for scraps isn't going to help you get out of a hole. Especially when Bell gets you 15-20 points on a bad day.

You think that's enough to get the #1 back in the league?

Honestly, don't care what my record is, only way I'm giving up Bell is if I'm getting Julio, AB, or Gronk back in return.

I feel you, but that's how you lose money, thinking like that. His WR's suck, and there's only so much 1 player can accomplish in 1 slot. I'd be giving him (2015 production wise) a back with 20 less points than Bell, and a wideout that's targeted a lot and #6 in scoring. Julian has more points than Bell & CJ is 20 away. I'm gonna send him a solid. I'll keep y'all up to date.

People making offers for Bell are always like, "but look at his numbers! they're not that impressive this year." Don't forget he missed two games. Had he played those, he'd probably be the second best RB in the league in terms of points (only behind Freeman, whose numbers are beyond belief).

There is no way Vareen has 20 points less than Bell.  Even then, Bell didn't play the first 2 games of the season.

Glad it worked out, even though you missed McManus

Yeah it sucks but I knew the Broncos fan one spot ahead of me would snag him.

Josh Brown has been doing pretty good for me (#4 kicker) but every now and then the Giants offense will just decide to suck. Think I should keep rolling with him or pick up Crosby or Blair Walsh?

No giving your best players away for scraps is how you lose money

Whether it's CJ Anderson or CJ2K, neither one of those guys will hold onto to their starting jobs throughout the season IMO. Hillman is already outproducing CJ, and Ellington/DJ are taking away carries from CJ2K as we speak. Add in Edelman, who's great, but Tom has plenty of mouths to feed now with the addition of Lafell returning from injury and Amendola coming back to life.

I'm just saying, if I was him, you would have to come up off of Julio, AB, or Gronk for me to even entertain it.

QFT! Guy offered the Bell owner in one of my leagues Randle/Jeffrey for Bell :smh: talkin' about "but look at his numbers! they're not that impressive this year." :smh:

Yeah, you guys for the most part are right though. I sent him an offer of Tate, CJ and Edelman for Bell. If he denies that then I might, MIGHT try Julio for Bell.

Got offered a trade I have

Ivory

He offered Eifert and Abdullah...

My other RBs are AP, Lamar Miller, Darren McFadden...

Thoughts?

Some of these trade offers...boy, I'll tell ya...

IDP leaguers - Rams release Jo-Lonn Dunbar. Mark Barron switch to LB is solidified.

Probably stick with Brown for now but keep an eye on the other two just in case the Giants offense starts laying eggs

Standard League. Which 2 WRs should I hold on to for the rest of the season: Jarvis Landry, Donte Moncrief, or Allen Hurns?

The other two have also had their byes already so that's another thing I'm looking at since Brown has his Week 11. Probably gonna have to drop him then either way.

12 man .5 PPR league.

Someone offered me my J. hill for his Gore what do you guys think. (I'm leaning to take this deal)

My Rbs.

Kniles Davis

C. Michael

Good god my rbs suck and I didn't even realize that

I'm 3rd in the league with the 3rd most points though.

Well, I picked up Polk and dropped Foster...Feels sad.

Someone put in a waiver fee of $45 for Blue...I aint about that life.

Standing at 6-1, my starting RBS are now Lamar Miller and Woodhead...with LaFell currently in the flex.

Hoping Karlos Williams returns healthy soon...But not sure how his production will be the remainder of the year.

Considering letting go of Lafell only after 1 week.

Not cause he dropped everything thrown his way but I can't see him making as big of an impact compared to last season. Lewis' role as a pass catcher has solidified his role in the offense and with Danny Amendola finally healthy, his production is only going up by the week. Lafell is going to be the #4 target on most weeks.

WR depth is a strength of mine, so that could contribute to my reasoning too but I think I'd rather stash someone like Davante Adams.

Not a reach, right?

I'm so sick and tired of Joseph Randle, dude is straight trash! F**king garbage.
I'm so stupid for trading Miller for him and agoholor before week 2.
I should have stuck with Miller. There goes my effing season.

*end rant

not a reach.

if you're rostering one strictly for depth you can't go wrong with either

in my keeper league, i had no choice but to take randle in the 4th since he was the best RB available at that point. ended up with gurley in the 5th round and picked up lewis on waivers. im glad i wont have to rely on him too much moving forward since their bye weeks are done.

Same boat, well Im hoping i get Polk tonight when waivers clear. Blue is already taken so i have to hope Polk wins the job.

As a Cowboys fan and Randle owner I can tell you the majority of the blame goes to the coaching staff :smh:

They never gave him a chance to get in a rhythm. Look at what he did the 1st half of the Falcons game, then they decided to stop giving him the ball in the 2nd half.

He hasn't had more than 15 carries since the Philly game Week 2.

And honestly, if he didn't get hurt last week vs the Giants we wouldn't even be discussing picking up McFadden off of waivers. Randle had 2 carries for 24 yards, he was in for a big day :smh:

With all that being said, I wouldn't have traded Miller for Randle so soon
