OFFICIAL 2015 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

In a 10-12 team league, any format, Bell is not going to last very long. I'm taking him with my first pick if I can't get AP, Charles, Lacy

You take your chances the first 3 weeks. If you take out Bell's first 3 games from last season he'd still be a top 5 RB statistically

i hope the first 3 rounds goes as well as it did last year. I grabbed AP, Jordy, and Antonio in the first 3 rounds and i was grinning from ear to ear.....then the whole AP fiasco happened :smh: killed my team's vibe.

Anywho this year, I won't know my draft spot till the day of the draft (Aug 22nd). I don't have a preference at what spot i want to draft from. Last year i picked 5th which was the highest draft spot i ever had.

Im high on Julio Jones this year. If im picking in the back part of the draft, i would double up with Julio and Dez and eat :smokin

Anybody else 100% sold on Bridgewater or am I jus drinking the Kool aid as a scorned browns fan...

He should be our quarterbackkkkk *cries softly*

I'll probably go with Teddy just because it allows me to stack my team with BPA due to his ADP. I'm comfortable with him. My plan is to go with Teddy or Stafford, or both potentially, depending on how the draft goes.

How big is your league? If 12 team, unless someone is grabbing 2 QBs early there should be ppl better than Bridgewater available.

Someone asked about RBs on avoid list and here's mine:

Forte (in 1st round. Would take him in the 2nd round though)

Forsett

McCoy (would take in 2nd if available)

Gordon

Spray Tan

L. Murray

J. Stewart

J. Bell

Cleveland backfield

I really truly believe he's gunna be worthy of being a qb1... play action tds for daysss. Plus with all day back he's gunna get to utilize that tt touch on the deep ball alot more when it's 2nd n 2 and not 2nd and 11 lol

Rodgers, P Manning, E Manning, Brees, Wilson, Big Ben, Romo, Ryan, Stafford, Newton, Brady, Rivers, and Luck are all guys i would take over Bridgewater. Maybe even Tannehill.

will have Tanny/Eli as my QB1 & Teddy as a backup if everything goes as planned

There are so many options out there, I will go with one of these and not take him until late

ASJ is intriguing me. Owen Daniels could be decent based on ADP. I'm intrigued by Julius Thomas honestly. Bad QB's like feeding their TE.

Teddy is the guy you grab in later rounds after you've been going BPA all draft and realize you still need a QB mid-draft. I'm very high on Teddy, but in fantasy it's slight different. I think he'll be consistently very good. Not great. Like I said, if you need value from the position and you're stacked or feel good at your other positions, then go with Teddy.

Matt Ryan is usually the guy that everyone sleeps on and goes later when he's one of the top 7-10 best Q's for fantasy.

Maxx Williams is a freak. I think he's a great sleeper choice as I doubt too many really know who he is.

Tyler Eifert, Jared Cook, maybe V. Davis. Donnell if he can do better at blocking and stop dropping the balls.

Honestly after Gronk & Graham (who I'm not too sure on this year), TEs are pretty hard. Kelce, Bennett, & Olsen will probably be off the board before I want to get a TE.

I always have bad luck with TE's. Mine always get injured -- and I think that's for the position in general. After Gronk and Graham, you might as well throw darts.

I've had Jordan Cameron, Rudolph, Jordan Reed...The list goes on and on how my "promising" TE's get hurt.

I've always went with a sure thing at TE either in Witten or Olsen or Gates

This season I'll be aiming for Olsen again. He was huge for me last year

I usually get TE after 2 RB's 2 WR's and a FLEX.. so 6 or 7th round. If Olsen isn't there or anyone for sure then I'll just wait and take a chance on someone else way late

Yeah...I love Witten and Olsen.

That's what happens to me though, but worse...I'm enamored with taking RB's (like grabbing 3 starters before getting a Q or TE) and I always skim over TE's later on and feel like I'm screwed anyway, so I target a guy and take him later. Then he gets hurt and I'm scrambling the wire. Can't do that this year. At least, I don't want to.

TBH I can't remember what round I took Olsen.. it might have been earlier than 6th round

Olsen usually goes in the 5th in the mocks I've done. Third leg Greg is worth it though.

I'm not messing with a tight end before rd 7 if I don't get jimmy/gronk. Last yr I reached on the olsens, randolphs, VD's ( :x )of the world and in all likelihood it cost me multiple chips
