To my surprise, I had the #1 overall. I took Luck, and at the 2/3 swing grabbed the best available (Cobb/Forsett). 4/5 I took Andre Williams and J-Stew, 6/7 I took Bennett and Ivory. 8/9 I took Coleman and McFadden. 10/11 I took Tyrod and Fitzpatrick. 12/13 I got Floyd and Perriman. 14/15 i took Randle and Williams. 16/17 I took Ertz and Jets D/ST. 18/19 I took Hauschka and Cameron Artis-Payne.

I wasn't necessarily hoping for the 1st overall, as I was kind've looking forward to possibly grabbing some combo of Lacy + Beckham Jr in rounds 1 and 2. But since I did end up with the 1st overall, there was no way I wouldn't take Luck as he's the consensus #1 overall pick for 2QB formats, especially those of the 12 team variety where scarcity is even more of a factor.

Then I focused on position players, I wanted to grab a 3rd WR but the way things shook up, I ended up actually going RB heavy. I like fliers like Perriman and Floyd who could end up being valuable down the stretch. I like Randle as a week to week play 'til Cruz is healthy. Randle ended is '14 campaign with two games in week 16 and 17 where he had at least 6 receptions and 130 yards each of those two weeks.

I think that momentum carries into this season, contract year, Cruz still sidelined, and he'll have a lot of room to operate.

So I'm not overly worried about my WR3 situation, I think between Randle, Perriman, Floyd and Williams, someone will emerge to be a reliable WR3.

I bookended Luck with two hum-ho options in Fitzpatrick and Taylor. I have a wealth of RBs so I may package and flip once a sell-high opportunity comes along.

But even then I'm not really sweating it. looking at the other rosters in the league, I feel others have some glaring deficiencies that'll be needed to address. Once attrition comes into play, I think this team is built to thrive.

On a side note, for those who'll be drafting tomorrow or Thursday, grab Coleman. He's really fallen under the radar and he's actually atop the Falcons depth chart with Freeman hurt. He could very well run away with the starting job with a strong showing. Guy has some big talent.

Man we had like 5 people on Auto-Pick. It really skewed the picking imo since it took best overall player available it seems.

QBs & TEs taken in 1st rd

My squad .. when it was all over i realized i had all these WRs on the bench
I was wondering what some people were thinking

Hmm.

Just finished a 12 player / snake draft / non PPR

Had 4th overall.

I'm ok with it. A lot of dudes were sniped right before my pick :smh:

Stafford
Cutler

Bell
Morris
Deangelo Williams (hand cuff till bell is back)
Yeldon

Megatron
Andre Johnson
Landry
Ahgolor
E.royal
Wheaton

Delanie Walker

Jano

Dolphins defense.

There was a run on QBs / RBs early :smh:

Brah. Looks like my team I just drafted tonight. 4th pick as well.

Reached for Brady and Arian. Figured if he comes back week 4, I'll be as good as gold. Brady, well, I've stated my thoughts on Brady already. Top 3 QB when all is said and done this year, he's coming out gunning ala spygate year.

Had to take Randy and Houston DST, homer pick. But with our Defense, I think we'll be getting decent field position so that means FGs with our offense. I'm glad no one sniped me for De'angelo Williams, cause I'd be hurting for the first two weeks without Bell/Foster.

Thank you sir! That's who I was leaning towards but I always try to avoid Thursday game's. Its the opener though so he's still probably my best bet.

solid team. Good wide receivers. I'd like another back for the bench however. Someone with a more defined role than Yeldon.
12 team standard scoring with a fellow NTer here, small buy in. #10 pick

really nice team. Not crazy about decker but this squad can win it all if Foster is healthy.

I really like this team. Well balanced
11th pick, 12 team standard
RB's will make or break your team. I don't trust Jennings, Ivory should be solid, Coleman just got the starting job, Duke should push for it
12 teamer ppr league had the fourth pick
What yall think?
Nice, you have the pieces you upgrade once Foster gets healthy

Here's my 4th team lol one draft left

RB - Latavius Murray

RB - Chris Ivory

WR - Dez Bryant

WR - Julio Jones

TE - Zach Ertz

R/W/T - Jordan Matthews

K - Mason Crosby

Def - Baltimore Ravens

Bench

RB - Arian Foster

RB - Danny Woodhead

WR - Charles Johnson

WR - Allen Robinson

WR - Eddie Royal

TE - Richard Rogers

What do you think?

I slept (literally) on picking up Dwanye Allen. Someone did overnight, jut checked. Guess I'll be rolling with Cameron and Rich Rodgers.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh admits Breshad Perriman (knee) is without a timeline for a return, but doesn't believe it's "tremendously far down the road."

Advice: Perriman has yet to be formally ruled out for Week 1, but that could happen as early as Wednesday. ESPN's Jamison Hensley reported over the weekend that Perriman could be sidelined until October. Seeing as October is just 23 days away, that's entirely plausible for a rookie who hasn't practiced since July 30.

Who's worth the pickup- DeVante Parker or Greg Jennings?

I'd say you should have good enough starting receivers to never have to start Jennings...Parker on the other hand has the potential to be at least a flex once he's 100% ready this year.

the only thing i am pondering is whether to start Brady or Bradford this week.

Am I overthinking this?

My receivers are Antonio Brown, Hilton, Larry Fitz, Allen Hurns, Malcom Floyd and Perriman.

May look to drop Floyd or Perriman for Parker. Rather not two rookie wideouts either tho, but Perriman has upside :wow: .

Im in the same boat with Wilson and Bradford.. We should both take Bradford.. If anything we can say we both messed up

Bradford looked good in preseason.. Also it's vs Atlanta

i'd pick Bradford vs the swiss cheese ATL defense

also i hate playing guys who play on Thursday's

You guys are nuts

Wilson and Brady over Bradford easy

Dude is made out of glass and Philly loves to run it
