OFFICIAL 2015 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

@parada45  that is a valid point about the running but the Patriots had quite a few games last year when that was all they did.

I guess its the health of all the Pats receivers that has me worried. Edelman has been injured all preseason plus Lafell is on the PUP. 

Im not saying that i was for sure going Bradford just that I cant make up my mind. 

I can see both games being high scoring for sure.
 
The Steelers defense is just as bad as Atlanta

They might run but Brady will still get his

Philly could just run Murray and Matthews too

Starting Bradford week 1 is risky

I would see how he does his first couple of games

Bradford over Brady is crazy in my opinion

i'd take tanny over cam. cam would need to earn playing time for me to start him. only 1 weapon, I'm good until he explodes.

This, you should always start your highest drafted players week 1. I know everyone wants to be seen as a FF guru but that usually leads to overthinking and terrible gambles.


What's everyone's thoughts on Andre Ellington? He slipped all the way down to the 9th round, so I decided to pick him up to add to my stable of RB's (Lacy, Stewart & Ivory). I know he's probably in for 15+ touches a week until Chris Johnson and the rookie RB get up to speed but his fragility combined with the Cards suspect Oline have me questioning if he's even worth rostering.

He gets a ton of carries and receptions when he plays

The problem is he is probably getting hurt eventually

You got him at a great spot and a steal in my opinion

I would think about him over Ivory this week

Stewart is a bellcow on a team that likes to run. Coleman is a boom or bust type RB. I'd go with Stewart until Coleman shows something

stewart aint no bell cow. williams was in on passing plays in prior years. gets vultured for goalline touches by cam or tolbert

while i dont like either, i wouldnt mind going with Coleman. depends on what the rest of your team looks like. 
 
Really thin at RB until Foster comes back. I dont know who to start in a standard league scoring at the FLEX.

I'd trust Wheaton or Abdullah the most out of those three.

NE might come out firing and the steelers are gonna have to throw to catch up. 

Wheaton or Miller gonna end up with redzone looks while Brown is double-covered
 
I think the Patriots can try to triple team Antonio Brown and he's still going to **** on them :lol:

You know what pisses me off in fantasy football? When people hoard the **** out of tight ends. What the hell do you need three tight ends for?

Williams ain't on the squad so I can't fathom how that's relevant in 2015 and Mike Tolbert didn't score a TD last year

Stewart also averaged nearly a 100 yards in his 8 starts but yeah go ahead and start a rookie who's usage is up in the air.

Anyone interested in drafting tonight for an ESPN league at 8:30PST/10:30CT/11:30ET?

Snake draft. The roster format is 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, 1 OP (can be a QB or any other offensive player), D/ST, K

1 PPR and QB TDs are 6 pts

Should be pretty fun and high scoring. It's free to play, but if you sign up actually participate throughout :lol:. Gonna need about 6 people if it's to get going...

Yeah :lol: the caveat being it isn't required to play two. It's smart to do so but you don't have to

Ertz banged up.. might be on snap count but practicing today for first time in a while.
