Smitty's the safer play. Torrey's gone to SF and Perriman's hurt. Smith is going to get the football early and often.
If you want to be a risk-taker, nothing wrong with inserting Brown.

I was really happy about drafting Evans and Alshon but both of them being banged up heading into the season is worrisome to me. Hope they both are good to go tomorrow.

Alshon.
Burnett is injured too, so you can at minimum expect to see some looks against the safeties. Would be even better if he was out, then you leave HaHa back there with a rookie (believe he is). Either way un experienced secondary. Will for sure be a few bone head plays and blown coverages. It's worth the risk if you don't have a lot of depth at WR.

My other WR I have starting is Cooks and Amari Cooper... Alshon was in my flex with either rotating him with AllenRob or Alfred Blue

Hard to say, I love Alf but his OLine is buns and going against Miami...
I don't see anything good happening there.
Abdullah has a crowded backfield and isn't starting.
If pressed, though, I'd say Abdullah. Especially in PPR leagues.
