OFFICIAL 2015 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

It seems like everybody's ready to rid themselves of Forsett after one week  I need to buy low quick.

Not sure if to put it in a waiver for a receiver or not... I currently have cooks Evans a. Robinson and Eddie royal don't really need a flex since I have Ingram in it. I'm looking to pick the Ravens tho cause I have the jets but are going against the Colts

Who should I drop to pick up James Jones and Eifert?

I have Funchess, Sproles, and Crabtree to drop

Debating if I should drop Vernon Davis... Not that I'm giving up on him, but dude doesn't impress me at all

But at the same time I'm scared he's gonna have a 2013 type season

Which 3 RBs (2 starters + flex) should I start this weekend?

Ingram vs TB
DeMarco vs DAL
Abdullah vs MIN
ivory vs IND

Any insight would be of great help. Thanks!

Peyton Manning is making me nervous

so I traded Decker, Chris Johnson, Benny Cunningham

for

Philip Rivers and Lance Dunbar

You won that deal bro.

Especially if PPR. Dunbar should be a part of the Cowboys aerial attack all year long, especially in games they trail or are shootouts.

With Dez out for a while, good chance that'll be the case going forward.

Rivers should be a rock solid QB1 all year long, especially when Gates comes back in 3 weeks.

Drop Crabtree & Funchess.

Funchess is going to take some time to develop and make his way up the depth chart.

Crabtree got a nice amount of targets week 1, but outside of Amari Cooper, I just don't see anyone being a factor in the receiving game in Oakland. Jones is definitely the better add.

You can't drop Sproles bruh, he balled out week 1 and even w/o there being an injury to Mathews or Murray he's a FLEX worthy fantasy asset.

I'd go Ingram, Murray & Ivory.

Ingram is going to be a RB1 against TB, a team that let Bishop Sankey get loose on 'em week 1.

You've got to start Murray, as tempting as it is to get Abdullah in there. Start the defending rushing champion, and hopefully his touches increase in this one. Philly is not going to win many games only running him 8 times.

and Ivory over Abdullah in the FLEX. I know how tempting it is to start Abdullah, and really you can't go wrong either way here. And as bad as Minny looked against Hyde in week 1, Indy is even worse at stopping the run. The Jets are going to run Chris Ivory down Indy's throat. 100 yards and a TD all damn day in this one.

Great RB situation to have.

Anyone taking a flyer on Karlos Williams

Not a terrible stash considering McCoy's recent injury woes. But not a must add.

Pick up Ahmad Bradshaw folks, before the herd does.

If he lands back in Indy behind Gore, he could have FLEX appeal off the bat in PPR leagues.

I could use an upgrade at WR in my 16 team league.  Someone put AJ Green and T. Williams on the trade block, maybe even try to get Mariota as well.  Who could I use from my team to make a deal for either of them? PPR League.

QB: P. Manning, Foles

RB: L. Murray, Vereen, Yeldon, Sproles, Hillman
WR: J. Matthews, S. Smith, Boldin, R. White

Who should I package with Agholor (Forsett, A.Morris) .. Im looking to get Lamar Miller.

Um....neither.

I personally rather have Morris or Forsett over Lamar Miller.

I never drank the Miller kool-aid in the offseason.

Reason being that Philbin and Lazor just flat out refuse to give son more touches. He's productive with what he gets, but he just doesn't get enough to make him worthy of giving up Agholor AND one of either Forsett or Morris.

Forsett alone is far more valuable than Miller. Don't let that game against Denver fool you. The Ravens offensive line is a lot better than what they displayed week 1. There should be more room to operate going forward for Forsett.

Agholor is a great route runner and has steady hands, he's going to have WR2 upside as part of Philly's offense. Heck Bradford uncorked 52 passing attempts week 1. A number that is unsustainable, but still, Philly is going to air it out a lot and Agholor is a fine young receiver.

Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?

Seriously though, the Morris doubt is driving me nuts. Matt Jones this, Matt Jones that. You know what? **** Matt Jones.

Morris is a stud, and he proved that again week 1 hitting the century mark off the bat against a stout Miami front. It's cute to be forward thinking with Matt Jones, and yes Jones' role should grow but I don't see Morris being supplanted by the kid, not anytime soon. Morris is a 2 down beast and he's going to run all over the league.

FWIW, I don't own Morris in not one league. So it's not like I'm tooting my own here when I'm talking up Morris. The man is a workaholic, and he's a ******* gladiator. He's not going to just let someone, even someone as studly as Matt Jones (who admittedly does have a Marshawn Lynch-esque skill-set) just overtake him.

Almost tempted to start Coleman against that trash Bucs D. Nervous about starting D. Thomas on Thursday...

Going to be hard to get AJ Green.

And I don't recommend selling low on Peyton already.

Um, I mean you could offer Peyton for both Williams and Mariota, but that would be buying high on both of 'em. Law of averages, and Mariota is unlikely to continue to put up the numbers he did week 1. He could conceivably finish a QB1, but I don't think he'll finish higher than Peyton.

Peyton is regressing, I don't think he's dead quite yet.

Stand pat, you can't get AJ Green w/o gutting yourself and Williams, who I'm very high on, still is not going to be that much of an upgrade over your existing receivers.

Sure, start Coleman.

But also start DT.

S.Y.S.

Start your studs.

When in doubt, Aaron Rogers it out and R-E-L-A-X.

better pickup:
Alex Smith or Mariota?

Ohh, tough one.

I'd go Smith. Mariota is an exotic flavor and he's going to have a high floor with his ability to run.

But Smith too can extend plays with his legs, jog for first downs.

I like Smith for the simple fact that he and Kelce are going to do big things and Maclin is going to have a lot of success in KC with Reid, Smith should be a high-floor weekly QB2 and could conceivably finish a low-end QB1.

But it's really tough right now to say. I'm recommending Smith for now as I want to see Mariota in a couple more starts before anointing him. But we could have a challenger to Cam Newton's historic rookie campaign.
