OFFICIAL 2015 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

Took 7 tries and explaining to the league why the trade was fair.

PPR 14 teams
My Vjax, Sproles, and Eli
For his Luck and Dez

He was hurting with RBs and WRs and wanted Woodhead. I countered with Sproles and added in Eli and Vjax to get Luck. I really had no need for Sproles/VJax but value them pretty high in PPR. Tram sets up as the following. I'm hoping Luck can turn it around and Dez shows up in the fantasy playoffs.

Is it worth it to drop Lockett or Royal to pick up Taliaferro? I don't have Forsett but I feel like Taliaferro could take over the starting spot any week now and my team's record will more than likely push me to the back of waivers each week.

I'd drop Eddie Royal for anyone TBH. I think this whole Forsett thing is being blown out of proportion anyway. He's still getting the 10th most touches in the league and 5.5 targets per game. I think he'll put some of those worries to bed vs. Cincy this week.

I'm in the same situation just I have Forsett so I went and picked him up as a handcuff. The guys in my league are vultures about picking up a rb as soon as they have a good game. Apparently Taliaferro is having some foot problem which is what kept him out last year so take that with a grain of salt.
 
In the process of trading Lamar Miller for Brandin Cooks. I have good RB depth, just needed a WR2 and he's the only player that I could get in my league. Other people didn't want to trade for him
 
Considering dropping Kniles Davis for Taliaferro,

Which one is the better handcuff?

Looks like the chances Taliaferro playing is better than Davis.
 
Charles is prone to having high ankle sprains, anyone else you could drop for taliafero?

i had to google to see what team marvin jones was even on.

and like i said before Hankerson isnt worth anything unless Roddy gets hurt.
 
is matt jones worth a start over cj spiller/legarette blount/amari cooper in a standard league?
and what do you all think about brandin cooks this week with the possibility of brees not being at the helm?

I would start Cooper unless you are worried that Hayden will lock him down

Cooks wasn't doing well with brees starting so I would be worried about him
 
anyone starting Donnell tonight?

not that i really ever take last season stats into consideration but he scored 3 TDs against the skins last time they played.

Thursdays are the worst thing to happen to fantasy i swear.

I want to pickup Donnell from FA just off of last year's performance but I got Witten if healthy will start..

Damn, idk if you could drop any of them. I think the upside of Davis outweighs taliaffero.
Davis could start on a bunch of NFL teams, but it sucks that Charles is better. Also it seems like taliaffero is injury prone as well. I'd honestly wait on it, forsett started slow last season then balled out.
 
Being a bell owner, should I hold onto Deangelo? I want to pick up Perriman.
I mean I could drop DGB but being that the Titans are thin at receiver, I think his raw talent is worth stashing.

Any thoughts?

Forsett didn't start slow last season, he started slow his whole career :lol: I think we're just now seeing why he's always been a backup
