First off she deserves a smack in the face for that. She did it for attention the hell is the news team there for and why is she putting on this over the top show for it all?

Second, you don't talk to people like that. If she would of been decked it would of been warranted

The dog owner is in the wrong here but the lady definitely overdid it. There's a way to respectfully tell someone off,looks like she wanted to cause a scene.
 
The last time anyone tried to talk to me like a kid was my Mother... I was like 9 years old.

I love LOVE dogs! And I would never be in that situation anyway, but even if I was... no way in hell I'm letting someone talk to me like that.

I'm all about folks taking care of their pets no matter what it is but I'm amazed how they love some god damn dogs so much

An hour is OD.

I heard some other story of a person breaking a window when the owner left for only like 4-5 minutes. I would be livid if someone did that.
