making shoes fit

if my shoe is a size too big, is there some way to make them fit?

What is usually do is, go to Walmart and buy some insoles with a lot of cushioning (padding). Remove the insoles of your shoes and use the insole as a template to cut the insoles you bought to the correct size and shape. Put the Walmart insoles in, then your sneakers insoles on top and wear.
