Cold pressed juicers seem to be getting all the hype nowadays, is it truly scientifically better or just hype? Most articles i see seem to be written by shills so i cant find a straight answer. Cold pressed juicers seem to be twice the cost of getting a normal juicer/blender

Why spend money on a juicer when you can just eat the vegetables and fruits like cats use to do back in the day? Cats need to step their jaw game up. Dudes today are scared to put their mouths to work and chew something

haahahahahah

I believe there is less oxidation during the juicing process so you're getting maximum nutrition.

I use a Breville and consume my juice right away. Also if your veggies are refrigerated the juice will be cold and thus withstand heat better.

Cold pressed is ideal if you're making large quantities (i.e. run a business) but at home a centrifugal juicer like the Breville line is fine.

I would probably make batches twice a week and bottle em and drink one a day. I hear the alleged heat that causes "less" nutrients is very minimal to the point it doesnt really make a difference, on the other hand i hear cold press make "more" juice. I was looking at the Omega 8006 joint as it is the highest rated one.

just get a nutribullet b

i use mine like every day, you can throw some raw oats in it too and it can substitute a meal
