To the NTers addicted to cracking/popping vol. Is it that bad?

I've been a cracker/popper since about 10 years old.
It started out with just my fingers, then moved down to my toes. After I found out more about how to move my body in the right angles, I started popping my neck, lower back, middle and upper back, neck, elbows, wrists, ankles, knees, shoulders, and hip. It just feels so good to twist your body in all directions and start popping bones.

It's not just a once in a while thing either. I might have a crack session every 45 minutes, where I pop everything I got. My momma use to tell me that it'll give me arthritis, but Google said its fine and it's just air being released.

Any NTers have the same issue, how long have you been a cracker/popper? Have you had any negative side effects?

Sudden urge to crack knuckles reading this thread

*cracks knuckles*

I've always heard it's fine

I think I messed up my hands doing this ****. Every time I close my right hand for longer than a couple minutes my hand start cramping up

Oh yea, oh yea. Into deep now. Feels like heaven when the knuckles re-up and you get that fresh crack...

i do my neck , fingers , wrists , ankles and part of my back . feels good , sometimes its a stress reliever , then it may just be something to do

I just started doing a modified stanky leg to pop me knees standing.

Have you guys ever watched chiropractic videos on youtube? I know it makes me weird but watching someone get their joints cracked ranks up there with someone getting a shave and ear wax removal videos for me. Idk why I feel relief when watching it but I do.

One of my favorite youtube video series....

Combo of Australian accent, medical referencing, and popping sound is soothing to me for some reason. PAUSE.

I need to crack my neck a few times a day.
