I mean pho is nothing "special", but it's a good cheap, tasty noodle soup where you can have thin slices of steak, tripe, tendon, and beef meatballs in one, and the rice vermicelli is great
Good pho would also have a very flavorful beef broth too

Do you like the spring rolls though sckid? :nerd:

Nah, man, pho is great. You gotta hit San Jose for them joints, the dirtier the place, the better, :lol:. Speaking of lumpia, my dad makes the best lumpia, bro.

Depends on the type of palabok. I like the dry one with thicker noodles, the thin noodles plus sauce ain't the wave

The palabok sauce doesn't have much flavor. That's why we gotta cover it in bacon, egg, and scallions. Not a big fan of it but the one Crystal's make was crack.
