BRISTOW, Okla. – Authorities said a man walked into a Walmart, claimed to be an armored truck driver and convinced store employees to give him $75,000.

Newson6.com reported that it happened at a Walmart in Bristow, Okla. on Saturday after the man entered, claiming to be there for a cash deposit.

The suspect was apparently disguised as an armored truck driver with a bullet proof vest and a gun.

Police said the real Loomis truck came to make a scheduled pick up about 30 minutes later, and that’s when employees realized their error.

The suspect is said to have walked off with more than $75,000 in cash. He’s said to be driving a newer model black Chevrolet Malibu.

Federal authorities are reportedly involved in the case because of the massive size of the theft. The investigation is ongoing.

 oh Walmart

The Walmart employee was in on this. Nice scheme though. Looks like something out of Money And Violence

Oklahoma is known for its Ls though

Is it just me or did GTAV make anyone else look at armored trucks and think "Man, I could rob that ****"

Son had the nerve to leave his car parked in front of the store lmao. He's probably in Vegas by now.

75 racks is literally nothing for Walmart. Increase the price of milk by $.20 and they'll make it back by the end of the day.

A creative robber....if you're gonna risk prison time do something like this instead of robbing the common man

I somewhat agree with this, if you gonna rob, might as well pull a Robin Hood and rob the corps

He watched The Italian Job and Heat just before he did this I swear.

I hope he ditched the clothes and the van by now and has the cash hidden in something NOT a duffle bag. If I were him I'd line the interior of my car with the money, drive off to Mexico, then immediately take a flight to Brazil (no extradition, money goes further), drop my US citizenship ASAP, use the cash to open a legit business in a decent part of Sao Paulo or Rio or Bahia or Recife and live the rest of my days in luxury.
 The dude stole 75K not 75 million. He just needs to burn everything he used and he's good...

This. All those idiots running up in gas stations armed only to steal $600 don't know the deal. You'll get slapped with 30 years whether it's Chevron or Wells Fargo, so you may as well go big.

**** most be getting less than that from the gas stations they rob

Armed robbers are idiots....I hate them with a passion

75k I would keep it all in cash. My bank account wouldnt see parts of that money. Pay my rent and student loans with a cashiers check every month. Stack my income and not touch it at all. Then that 75k would be gone after about 2 years

awesome heist.

too bad dude is going to get caught and do time. hope he has a good time with that money or stashes it away for his kids or something like that.

It probably was an inside job. Only thing that would make it funnier is if he had a realistic mask on.

Now we wait for copycats to fail miserably.
