its not 100% full proof but i been doing the same thing for over 13 years selling this way

never had any issues in all the years i been selling shoes

Selling online without transferring funds electronically pretty much impossible.

In a bigger city/state posting stuff in forums etc then doing meetups will work but very few people are gonna pay via money order now a days...I've have maybe a handful of people pay via money order or mailing cash in 7 or so years.

I've done more trades where people shipped first.

Also, look at the type of people you attract with what you're selling. You selling used shoes? Of course you'll attract broke kids for the most part. That goes for selling shoes in general. You selling car parts or computers, you'll attract a better audience and not have to deal with as many idiots

went to pick up the shoes from the post office and buyer requested a money order for the return of shipping which was $25

In the end I lost $55 for these :smh:
