It's the same active ingredient. Whether you're banging heroin or sipping lean you're taking an opiate. You could do heroin once too. That's just on the person. That's just not common because heroin is the big dog. You're gonna start with something a little more approachable for your intro to opiates probably.

Drank is definitely cut alot of the time. They use Karo corn syrup, they take out a few lines, and put a few back in.
Its very easy to tell if you know what to look for.

Yeah I know of a few dudes doing it big and out there with it too. **** always just baffles me though. They're on another tip. Not lean but they don't give a damn who sees them making moves. Just goes to show how much guap they're getting though. They bought a damn night club and it's not a secret you can get as much yack as you want there. They got everybody paid off or something. They copped it back in like 08 and they're still on.

If u don't trust someone, that would be your best bet. Some people drink a few lines recreationally tho.
(Like me), and don't have a need for 16 oz. Its expensive and addictive, I go in wit a game plan, and stick to it. 3-4 ounces in a liter, and I'm good to go for the night.
It's actually pretty simple man,
but I don't recommend starting or trying it.
