I have had a period in my life where I washed my hand A LOT. It became so bad that my hands started randomly bleeding in class because of the drought on my hands.

So I'm going to buy my first pair of 2nd hand shoes (bred 1s btw) but I'm wondering how I should disinfect them. I saw a video of sneakerhead in the bay and he used alchohol but that only helps for bacteria, this leads to my question: how do you kill feet fungus/athletes foot?

you have either OCD or ADHD.

If you aren't over either of the above listed; the shoes will never be as clean as you envision.

I got over it a few months ago, but you're saying that I shouldn't worry about it?

Clorox wipes works for me then a damp rag plus wear socks and some dryer sheets or sneaker balls for smell

An acquaintance has the same issue.

Unfortunately for him he has not gotten over it.

If you are over it, CONGRATS.

all the options the others have already stated are great.

Okay I looked but they don't have those products in my country, is 96% denatured alchohol (ethanol) okay too? It counts as rubbing alchohol btw.
