I heard that the 2009s had a very bad build quality. I can't do a legit check tho, you might have to ask from88til or timmybrix

Trolling right? 2009s had horrible shape, low cut elongated patented leather, hard pleather on the heal, skinnier laces and the mesh had very little stretch. This is no question, 2000 all the way.

Waiting for next year when they're probably going to come out again is the best thing to do imho.

What do you mean break? My '00 pair is holding up great. Haven't even unDSed the 09 pair yet.

Glue dries, leather becomes brittle, and the shoe falls apart. You have a wearable pair? Then congrats. 90% of them aren't.

I think you're mistaken. Other than having to re-glue the midsole or sole back on, I'd say most 11s are still wearable. I see people posting pics wearing 96's on this forum all the time. it's definitely not remotely close to 90% not being wearable.
