If you really must know, the "trap" is mostly run by foreigners here. Albanians, Chechnians, ...
I don't associate with them but I see them around a lot. Most won't give anyone problems but in certain areas if you look at someone the wrong way you'll get beat up by like 20 of them because they always hang around in large packs. You don't have to worry about getting killed or anything unless you deal with major crime syndicates, they'll only beat you into the hospital.
Black people are generally well respected here and don't really encounter much racism. Never seen a black guy affiliated with those type of dudes.
Not to say there's no racism here, it's just racism towards other people such as muslims, turkish people, morrocans, albanians, ...
