Supreme packaging is pretty random but they tend to use boxes for anything other than tees. I once got a keychain in a box big enough for shoes.

Same here.
Happens from time to time on supremes bigger release to me. It usually updates by Wednesday and then another week to actually get to Cali, the wait is horrendous. They really should offer a faster shipping method (for more $) for us on the west coast.
I think they get a ton ready but ups truck can only pick up so many so some stacks get left behind and picked up later. If it doesn't update by Thursday call the Wherehouse. they can usually give you an idea what's going on.

All I have is the order confirm email.

Has there been a restock yet on the shoes ?

After getting a pair on line and at retail for such a release I have a new respect for supreme.

Nike eastbay footlocker regional chain sportswear stores like jimmyjazz and other sneaker e-commerce sites can learn something from supremes website on how to handel online traffic.

I guess it boils down to personal preference/experience. I've never had problems with USPS Priority or Fedex Ground/Home Delivery... While with UPS Ground I've been hit with rescheduled delivery dates countless times because of a "late train". Fedex Ground/Home Delivery has also been a day faster for me than UPS Ground.
