More than we can ever imagine. Our attention spans are so short these days and there's so much constant information flying at us. What's sad is that as soon as people start to forget, we have a new hashtag.

I mean it sounds weird but there's literally no proof out here that someone else did it. I mean why would someone lynch an inmate that's about to be released?

It's just all around weird
Why would they shoot someone sitting on the ground in handcuffs (Oscar grant)
There's no logic when it comes to these animals

But you actually heard the shot and people saw it...that's where my thoughts were at the time of my post

I just wanna hear some stories from other inmates because maybe it'll lead to something

I have no idea what this county local jail look like but I know here it would be impossible for someone to get locked up and then lynched by an officer on the third day

But I put nothing past a white supremacist...they always find a way so again who knows

.

Saw earlier on the news that the police officers said she was resisting arrest, which lead to her arrest. They're going for the angry black woman narrative.

What the hell is this going to do? We have all kinds of videos of cops killing people for unjustifiable reasons. When the **** is enough enough? Every ******* week I hear of at least one murder. ******* pigs.

^^^^^^^^^^^^
that is the only sensible conclusion a person can come up with. A "routine traffic stop" resulting in her being man handled and arrested on Friday and dead Monday. This is a woman who drove from Chicago to Texas to start a new job at her alma mater. For all intents and purposes, it is safe to assume she was excited about the move and the new job opportunity. Why would she just decide to hang herself? This whole thing stinks, and I hope the truth is uncovered for the sake of her family.

Black people **** brick whenever they are pulled over by popo. One wrong word or move away from death.

Beautiful woman too,

. I don't understand how traffic stops turn into this. If she did do an illegal lane change why didn't she just get a ticket? How could it get to the point that she was "assaulting a police officer". Makes absolutely no sense, which is why this screams foul play. Playing devil's advocate, if the cop pulled her over with good intentions, no amount of yelling and arguing from her should result in her removal from the car.

The only thing that makes sense is them stopping her on ******** from the jump, then making her leave the vehicle. She being the woman she is knew this wasn't proper protocol and maybe refused to leave, or at the very least asked why? This is what gets those bastards going, us asking them why. No way you telling me a stop requiring a ticket, led to her assaulting an officer, being dragged out the car, and dead three days later.
Man...

My record is squeaky clean, im finishing up my degree in a year or so, I've started my career...

Yet I have 0 worry about street cats, and sweat bullets when a cop is riding on me, even though I know im straight.

It's just so wild to me fam.. These are suppose to be our peacekeepers yet we have absolutely no faith in them whatsoever.

Treading dangerous ground.

If you dont know anything else about Texas police, know that if you piss them off, once you get to the jail house, they WILL whoop your ***.

Cats go into processing acting stupid, get taken off to another room to never be seen again.

They're fun and don't require much effort. Not to mention, these incidents w/ the police don't affect the majority as much so it's not a major issue. As soon as 5 white people get killed by police in a span of months that become high profile, you'll see change.

why is the word lynched being used in here? I don't recall reading anything about her being lynched.

THis is what I fail to understand. How does a traffic stop lead to a person being dragged out of their car and arrested? Even if she argued that she didn't commit the violation, and is combative why is arrest the next solution?

Don't they just issue the ticket and walk off? I don't get how any of this is justifiable as an excuse. Who doesn't argue about a traffic ticket?

Wow.........................................with what?

Sounds like that episode of the Wire with Barksdale kid hung himself on the door knob

hopefully they bring in someone from the outside to investigate because she was a conscious sister. I can't see 3 days in jail caused by some sws making her wanting to kill herself

they are saying she choked herself with a trash bag...didn't know they kept trash bags in cells...

my chicks coworker is dating a harris county sheriff...she said they are deploying officers out there to "help" with the protests thats about to start up this weekend...

I could see them telling her she's going to do heavy time for assaulting an officer and maybe that scared her man this is just as weird as that kid who got stuck in the mat and the football kid

Should there be cameras in the jail cell?
