Info on Jordan hoodie?

Looking for help finding information on this Jordan hoodie I found.  Any info people can provide would be great, what it cost originally, value now, etc.  I tried to lookup the codes and found what looked like import laws, but no real product information about the hoodie.

Hoodie is made from cotton/wool/nylon/rayon/angora rabbit fur.  Argyle pattern is UNC white and blue embroidering, all other logos embroidered too.
