You don't like someone? No need to be passive aggressive about things, let them know about it and why. Someone lying or being two-faced? Call them out on it.
Some people are so quick to shy away from confrontation that they can't even handle simple debates without getting emotional, let alone actual arguments. Worst of all, anyone who doesn't let something slide is automatically made out to be the "bad guy" just because they actually spoke up and had the backbone to hold others accountable.
