Was just having a convo with one of my homeboys. He wanted to go somewhere romantic with his girl. He brought up Venice Italy and I was like nah.

I went there two years ago and that place smelled like straight sewage. I came to find out later that they pretty much dumped their sewer in the canal

Venice is overrated.

So the ENTIRE place is overrated because it stinks and there is a  dirty canal?

The WHOLE place suffers because of this?

-Ibiza....as someone who lives in Vegas there was no point in going.

-I 2nd Disneyland

I advise not going to Europe in the Summer. Locals leave the cities, pick pockets come into the cities and the prices go up because there are a million other tourists. If you do go to Europe, go to a Northern Country (the weather is much more comfortable) and avoid cities and the avoid the most popular tourist areas. Rome, Paris and Venice are the worst places to visit in the Summer. If you can only take a vacation in the Summer and you really want to be in Italy (because, let's be real, Italy so much more swag than Germany or England), I advice you to go where Italian domestic tourism goes. Go to the vineyards, mountain resorts and beaches that Romans, Napolese and Milanese visit.

Within the US, Las Vegas is the most overrated destination, by far. Maybe in the 1950's when it was run by the Mafia and gambling was illegal in the rest of the Country, it would have been unique and awesome. In 2015, you can satisfy all of your vices in any major city and in other cities, the bartenders know how to mix drinks other than a vodka and red bull.

Locally, us Southern California people tend to have sentimental value for Disney Land because we went there as kids but looking at it objectively, I can see why it can be underwhelming if you visit as an adult and you did not ever go there as a kid or for grad night.

Heard Germany is melanin friendly :nerd:

Edit: world >>>>>> land

Generally speaking, Northern Europe is more hospitable for black people than Southern Europe. This is particularly true with Germany and Scandinavia.

Rome is vastly overrated. Once you hit the historical sights there really isn't much else to see. Food is great though

NY. Seriously, stop coming here. All y'all do is clog up the sidewalk doing dumb **** like staring up at the buildings and taking pictures in the middle of the sidewalk/crosswalk while people tryna get somewhere. Entire goddamn families just cheesing while everyone walking around them. **** is aggravating.

Yeah, I don't think I could stand visiting a place like Venice if their air smells like butt. I'd be grossed out with the thought that butt air powering my brain and flowing to my taste buds.

I like Disneyland though.
