I'm going to be out there next weekend with a few of my homies. What's it looking like out there? Any Nt'ers got plans or are down to meet up? I'm coming out to celebrate getting my masters. I graduate Saturday morning and will be out there around 8PM, so I'm trying to hit the ground running. What's up with it? :nerd:

I can't help, but I have been there twice (when I was around 18 5-3years ago). I live in Chicago and couldn't believe how many homeless people were there. It was as if regular people didn't exist, all I saw was homeless people downtown.
I remember going back to the hotel really late and passing a corner full of dozens of them just chilling there, I was actually nervous

What type of crowd you looking for?

A pretty active one. I'm trying to "turn up"

Man you're about a year too late. I was out in Dallas pretty much doing the type of turning up you're talking about every weekend. A lot of the spots got closed for doing other stuff on the side. I went this past May and it wasn't the same.

XTC cabaret was a cool spot. BYOB and pretty much everything else you wanted to bring in. Setting pretty much looks a scene from an XO video. It's a hit or miss though on when to show. I think they raise the cover as the night goes on cause they stay open til 5 and the line gets pretty long.

If you wanna go for a preppy scene the SMU area has a lot of bars that'll fit that description

The chicks are STUCK DA **** UP up there

Yup, that's because it's a melting pot of all southern Midwest girls. They moved out from the small towns with their heads blown up from the local boys

Everything kinda of scattered in Dallas.

Uptown Dallas is probably where you'd want to go.

What part of town you staying at?

Miguel concert on Saturday. Sure to be some ladies there. Really depends on your scene. If you just celebrating getting your masters, I would do it big and go to reunion tower.

Are you looking for clubs? Bars?

There are plenty of both.

Go to House of Blues. There's a 24 hr Hooters right around the corner too that had some :wow: women working in there (booty not ******* plus the after or before club crowd). Saturday you got Miguel or Wiz Khalifa w Fall Out boy in terms of concerts. I like to go to Brazillian Steakhouses there. You don't have to, but it's just smoother to make a reservation, use OpenTable app or the website or call. Texas De Brazil, Rafain Steakhouse, Rodizio are some good ones and a quiet lesser known small one is Blue Charcoal. Look on groupon or livingsocial, a few of these stay on there for the low. If you're into bougie, expensive brands go to NorthPark Mall. **** was dumb expensive, nothing but flagship stores and Neiman Marcus.

BuzzBrews is a 24hr spot to get a quick, cheap meal I usually mess with. Also, definitely don't pay ful price for a hotel. Jump on priceline, name your own, pick whatever part of Dallas you want to be in (downtown or galleria) and do 3.5 star bid 50. You'll probably get that big *** 4 star Sheraton on Olive Street.
