Does anyone know what kind of Nikes these are?

I saw them in a post on reddit today but can't pinpoint what style they are.  The wider tongue makes me think either a retro runner or an SB model (some skate shoes have the pointier nose I've noticed, such as the Globe Pulse), but I could be way off.  Any info would be much appreciated!
