I'm sure that dude(made a thread) who was chilling on his front porch when he heard somebody yelling for help cause the wolves was going HAM on that *** in the woods could chime in

I live in Wyoming, town of 10,000 people
Life's pretty awesome.

Where I life it's all about that outdoor mountain life.
Every 3rd house has a camper and every 5th has a boat.

You can get anywhere in town in a 5 minute drive.

Downside... I drive an hour to go to the movies, but anything not sold at either Wal-Mart or the grocery store.

Upside, I drive an hour to go to the movies and make a day out of it.

Dating is the rough part. If you stay in town, you get about a pool of 500-600 people with 100 worth your time.

Town life isn't for everyone. Most here either love the outdoors or hate traffic. I would raise my kids here over a city of i had the choice. It's a matter of learning who you are and how to make yourself a better person who can find the small things in life fun.

Repped when I re up :pimp:

As far as dating, do you have the problems we have?

I feel like small town chicks are better built to wife over city chicks IMO.

And does everyone know everyone's business

That's how it's portrayed on TV.

Girls be girls everywhere.
Depends on the small town girl. If they had opportunities to get out and see places and open their minds it turns out well.

Both my parents where teachers and taught 75% of the towns kids over a 25 year span... So I knew a great many of people. Even those who had normal jobs know lots of people. 10k towns have lots of people who don't know you. But 2k and under its gets too be like TV.

I worked in a town of 500 for a year, that was crazy... Everyone knew everyone and when a visitor came the whole town knew.

i wouldnt mind having my good friends down the street, with a good looking woman with her arms around me, in a small town that feels like home, where i have everything i need and nothing that i don't...

I remember I moved to Ione, CA to work at my uncle's factory. Very small, old, town in Gold Country...I was looked at differently when I walked into town...Probably because they've never seen a Filipino. But it was fun and I got to meet a lot of the kids who lived on the same road my uncle's house was connected too. Met this cute girl that summer and did my best to keep in touch with her when I went back home...Went back to celebrate Christmas with the family and then  found out she passed away
