No license, improper tag, bottle of liquor in the car, that outfit, trying to start the car and drive off while the cop is asking him for his license. Are you being serious or sarcastic?

youve now asked 4 different times "why didnt he PUT HIS CAR IN PARK" the rest of us with middle school english comprehension... have seen that the car was indeed put in park from the getgo. you seem to be missing this and somehow confusing it as me dodging the question.

improper tag? its not his vehicle, the worst that would happen is hed get fined personally. no license ON you? thats not a crime. you might have to pay a $15-$25 fine depending on where you live, unless you prove you got it or go get another one... for $15-$25. having a bottle of liquor in the car isnt illegal. having an OPEN bottle of liquor...is. and i recall him saying thats not alcohol you can smell it to the officer.

starting his car is where it gets to an "oh you shouldnt have done that point" but oh you shouldnt have done that doesn't translate to getting shot in the head. worse come to worst, the cop wouldve had to get back in his car and follow the guy home. or... i dunno... let him go. since the plate was obviously in the glove compartment just tell him to fix it instead of harassing people trying to make a quota.

Dude didn't have a valid license period. I can guarantee that. Most likely he was a habitual offender, driving with a suspended license. That is punishable by imprisonment in many places. The stop was legit. He didn't have the tag visible. Cop was trigger happy for sure, but the dude who got shot was an idiot and a criminal. Bet that.

Dude said forgot his license, tag was in the glove box which the officer even insisted to not to take it out before asking DuBose to step out of the car, liquor supposedly had cologne in it and there hasn't been a claim on it being alcohol, outfit? you must be one of those dudes thinking if blacks were all walking the streets in suits we wouldn't be killed huh?

Don't ever be a cop, you assume he's some harden criminal off of appearance and ready to justify the officer taking his life.

Lmao, don't worry, I definitely won't ever be a cop. I'm not justifying the cop killing him either. A lot of tax paying/voting citizens will though.Dude said he forgot his license. Yeah, I am sure that is why he started the car up and hit the gas during a routine traffic stop. I haven't seen any recent police killings of men in suits with no criminal records.

didnt have a valid license? do u know something nobody else does? or are u just assuming cuz he didnt have it on him, clearly it was suspended and he was driving without one? cuz ive been caught without my license plenty of times. however... its cuz i lost my wallet or in 2 cases it was stolen. but what do i kno? i was probably driving while it was suspended.

ive started my car up while being stopped. but it was because they took my license and let me sit in the hot sun with the car off windows down for 45 minutes while they "checked me out" when in all reality they were just BSin prolly watching ******* laughing at me sweating profusely while trying to go to work. did u really just relate suits to the people police choose to kill? u think if u a classic man like jidenna u safe?

Yeah I know that the dude didn't have a valid license, or had warrants. That is obvious from the video. Dude was clearly starting the car and dipping.He probably would have been killed in the ensuing police chase anyways.

He didn't perpetuate his death by starting the car and pulling off while the cop's hand was in the window? LOL. Did you all watch the video?
 
Forensics will prove that Dubose was dead when the car pulled off, which is why the engine was still revving when he hit the pole. The cop didn't run after him and shoot while car was running he shot him then dudes limp leg hit the gas. It doesn't matter what we think the prosecutor and grand jury believed he willing murdered Dubose. My question is wtf are campus police doing pulling over people outside of campus? The punk cop was a wannabe real cop. I hope his booty is terrorized in jail by Jermaine and Tyrone.

If you watch the video DuBose was shot and then the car proceeded to roll down the street.

It is hard to tell. He was definitely trying to dip off tho. For the record I think that the cop should get life in prison. I am just playing devil's advocate in here. I don't think that you should be killed for not producing identification.

its not hard to tell. dude moved the car an inch on his own. i said that like 20 posts ago. cop shot him all the sudden the car starts moving slowly? anyone who gets shot doesnt try to make a slow speed getaway. i thought weve been through this.... seems like u confused on what u saw to begin with to be playing dev.ad
 
Driver was a damn idiot and ignorant as hell with ridin dirty without his car in 100% legal condition.

a fool for trying to play an officer who was alrerady onto him as soon as he got pulled over

and a straight dumb*** for trying to drive away while the cop was there...

however...

The driver was trying to flee.... he was not trying to hurt anybody and did not present himself as a threat at all..

the cop put himself in danger by reaching in to grab the keys... and the cops own actions led himself to feel in danger...

so he reacted by killing a man who was just trying to flee...

murder...

overzealous cop + dumb*** driver
