But in all seriousness, I'm glad dude survived the encounter (pains me i even have to add that) and from the looks of if, he's in for a nice payday. :pimp:

The cop seen punching him has already had a lawsuit filed against him for excessive use of force, so my mans is prpbably gonna be able to buy his own pizza joint after its all said and done.

The second cop started whaling on him like he cussed out his wife or something. Excessive force is an understatement here

No excuse for this. Even if he did take some pizza, no reason to hit him like that.

Cops shouldn't have done it because it's against their code of conduct. On that, they messed up. But if the guy is a thief, I say cool. All thieves should get their hands chopped.  At least the pizza guy should be allowed to whoop his ***.
