I think the thing nobody wants to mention is that the Kobe sig's have all shared "that look" since the 4, in no way hating or being a Debbie Downer whatsoever because I really like the Nike Kobe line low models with Avar at the helm and of course some lows do it better than the others but aside from the 9 high (a literal masterpiece pun intended) they all have the chopped off low look with the swoosh on the side...
The tech/flyknit has evolved and the midsole cuts allow for "variety" but let's just call a spade a spade, cw's aside I have nothing in front of me that's "blowing my mind" and yes less is more especially with the Kobe's great performer's etc, I just personally feel other than the upper construction if you own the 8s then you own the 11s... If it ain't broke don't fix it etc, but the 9 high will go down IMO as "THE Kobe"
9 Elite Low you mean right?

The order should've been

Kobe 8, Kobe 11, Kobe 9, Kobe 10 in terms of progression aesthetically

Eventhough the 9's >>>

I agree in terms of aesthetics.

Performance wise, I think a pair of 9 EMs with the 11 insert would be about all you need.

For those of you who got every colorway of the 8s and 9s, you can probably sit this one out though lol. jk

These IMO are the best pairs so far in no particular order:

Same pair, but wow so slick [emoji]128293[/emoji]

Have already made my mind that if the yellow pair does release (very possible) I will double up. Kobe has been wearing that CW a lot and he wore it in his last game in Portland so I would have to.

However, all of these are double up material.

Considering swapping my bhm for .5 up, I went down .5 from my usual kobes for the xi, though it's not uncomfy, it's a little TOO snug for my personal liking

Are we pretty much screwed if we want to return BHMs to 23penny? I see they have a 15% restocking fee and no return policy on sale items. BHMs were on sale for $190 shipped

You screwed yourself lol. Why did you buy them in the first place? (no return policy or 15% restocking fee no less) Wrong size?

He's a one man operation not a boutique.

If they're unworn return them to nike without a receipt and get a gift card.

Same thing happened to me! I actually bought a size 11 and 11.5 just to make sure. I ended up going back up to a size 11.5. Size 11 didn't hurt but 11.5 was a little more comfortable and the heel didn't slip. The toe room isn't too annoying.

No the size is perfect just having second thoughts on the shoe in general

I didn't know it's just one dude. Can it be a Nike factory store or Nike.com?

Just take it as a life lesson...ALWAYS read the return/exchange policy when ordering online (or even buying in a new store).

That said, no you can't return them to NDC, but you can return them to a physical Nike Store of any kind.
