One pair was at the Folsom, CA outlet just this past Wednesday. It sat there since Monday. I was able to go and order my size via NDC

Yeah most outlets won't markdown new releases or only chop off 10 or 20 off the MSRP when they get a return like that.  I saw a pair of Size 15 Jordan 4 Dunk From Above sit on hash wall for 2 weeks, 1 because it was marked as the original MSRP price (no disco unless hash had disco) and it was a Size 15 at that....
