Trying to convince myself to just take an L but Derozan had to lace em up tonight... Might have to make a trip tomorrow. It hurts tho bc I just dropped 4 hundo on the ftb 4's lol Couldnt resist...

Holding out because my wallet can't take the pain.  I just feel like these will be sitting at my local stores for a while also.  Just the online sell out hype as per usual.
 
Definitely not sitting, my local footlocker told me people were coming in left and right for them
 
Just got the second to last 8.5 at south coast plaza. Struck out this morning on SNKRS and didn't think I'd be able to get a pair after work. Last one is on display. They've got some sizes left but it's slim. Nike really milking Kobe's retirement! My wallet is hurting bad!!
 
Quick review as I wore these today casually. I understand Tinker purposely modeling these after the AJ 3 but I really don't like the laces, very old school feel. Never been a fan of flat laces, definitely swapping asap. Another negative is the collar padding has a "silky" texture which I assume was done for that retro feel. I wear them loose/untied casually and my heel slips out every step. I have the Achilles Heel and they don't do this. Still a beautiful shoe and I will rock the mess out of these all summer!
