Yup.  I agree.  Now I'm really looking forward to receiving my pair.  The Mountain Js are one of the most unique Js ever released.  It's great that they used this effect on Kobes (if that's what this is).  I'm sure people are going to ask; why on a Kobe?  It seems many people HAVE to have a story/meaning attached to every release...meaning behind every detail of a sneaker.  People should just take it at face value...it's a 'distressed' look to these sneakers.   When jeans come 'distressed'...there's no backstory.  It's just the style.

One of the more unique Kobes to be released if these pics are for real.

Footlocker Europe release Calendar has an Elite coming out 4th July white/uni red/ deep royal (USA?) and on the 14th a regular 11 in black/black/cool grey

Said they were unable to fulfill my order due to lack of product availability.

Before I met up with him I went to rif and flight club and their pairs did not have that problem so I think I will just wait until I sell my extra flu game pair and just buy the ones from rif. Meanwhile, does anyone else have pictures of legit pairs for me to compare the tongues to?

Are we sure this is actually a lance mountain thing? I feel Nike would have pushed that hard or displayed it to draw hype. I think people are just taking the white paint off and the product just goes to square one

No one knew about the Wings on the 12s until a few days before release. And if Nike wanted to give the Red Horse a red heel and red tongue, they could have done so easily.

Here's Pics of the Red Horse with the White Rubbed off, I think you can do the Nike Swoosh also because someone had a pair with the Swoosh pretty scuffed when I went to buy my pair
