They look AIIIIGHT... But I definitely don't see $200 worth of technology or material in this shoe... Especially since the KD's are $180 (still overpriced imo) and they basically use the same materials and tech.
The kids suck though. I just saw a montage of them falling off his feet.

Not a fan based off initial images, looks way too much like the 9 in my opinion. However the right colour way could sway me..

In before the turn, and I must say If those are indeed the 11s, I like them. Look very promising, save for the one piece midsole/outsole (that will limit color blocking and mimicking past-fave color ways).

Otherwise, looks like they have potential. Is that zoom in the heel, lunar in the forefoot? If so, good I love the Kobe X.

I'll say it again, if they put a giant Nike Air logo on the heel piece like the Jordan 4s these would be an instant classic.

As far as the midsole goes, I don't think there is a midsole/outsole combo going on. I think its upper then outsole. I think thats the innovation here.

Omg please don't let those be the 11. Those are some ugly wanna be of the 8s and 9s combined. These are truly the "no imagination pair". the 9s were beautiful and comfortable, and the 10 is very high tech and futuristic. Seems like we went backward with the 11. I will pass on the entire line if that is how it's gonna look. Doesn't matter what the price point is. Please don't let Nike pass this crap as the Kobe 11

Idk if I believe that those blue joints are the XI. I don't want to be "that guy" but forgive me for being skeptical. Is that a photoshop? What color way is that ? Out of the ones we know already
looks like...

I actually like the 11's a lot, but knowing Nike they'll slap a $200 price tag on it which would be an auto-pass for me.

For $120 I'd be all over these

After looking at these more. they remind me of the Kobe 8 meets the Metcon 1. Maybe even more like the kobe 9 em meets the metcon 1 actually.

Would be interesting if these turned out to be a work out sneaker, like the MetCon1s; then Nike could market them as the "workout setup for Kobe's recovery".

You're right though in how it resembles a MetCon1 (big fan of them for the gym).

Welp, my Worst Thoughts are True on this one.

Money well saved.

The line has definitely declined almost parallel to Kobe's Game. No need to carry on this line the way it's going.

Every year a new kobe comes out (except when they took their time on the 9s), and every year theres the same backlash. Like it or not, Kobe's are the best signature sneaker line for a bevy of reasons. They're lightweight, comfortable, supportive, wearable on and off court, provide a classical design,  provide interesting color ways, and pay homage to to the greatest scorer we have ever seen. (theres hardly any footage of wilt). I've grown to love each and every pair, especially once they became low tops. I have no doubt that you guys will start to warm up to these as well. Kd's, lebrons, and kyries just don't compare.

For me, it's the eventual nostalgic factor.. being that it will be Kobe's last signature shoe he wears on the court

MJ is the greatest scorer we've ever seen, highest regular season and playoff average of alltime

BUT there are alot of Kids in here, so for many Kobe IS the Greatest Scorer they've ever seen, bc they're too young to ever have the pleasure of watching the GOAT.

I mean, I'm a huge Kobe Fan and always will be, but Kobe will forever be the High-Quality Swingman version of Michael Jordan.

IT IS WHAT IT IS.
