How did you find your passion?

I struggle with this "what's your calling/passion" thing, but I think people in my position shoot things down before they can really push something past what they're used to. Like no matter how much you love something, when you make it a career and HAVE to do it to make a living there's gonna be frustrating times where it's not fun but if you work hard enough and can become successful with it, then it really becomes fun.

You might want to run your own gym for example because you're passionate about fitness or whatever. Once you start making moves to open that business and realize there's a hell of a lot more than just "opening a gym" and there's tons of meticulous BS that comes with it then maybe that's where most people stop because they don't want to ruin a passion or what have you. But once you get it off the ground and the ball gets rolling and you push through the trenches, then it becomes worth every bit of struggle.

They say everyone has their own gift or skill that makes them unique. How did you find yours?

I haven't really found that passion just yet but I'm looking for ways to figure it out.

When did you find your 'calling' and how so?

I found my passion at 33.... I'm almost 35 now.

I love what I do; I would do it for free, but I have family and a house which costs so I charge and get paid well for what I do. (I wont say what I do because this is the internet and people are crazy)

How I found it....? I just got tired of doing the same ole thing day in day out and took a risk and tried something different.

You MUST figure out what you value in your future, and what type of lifestyle you want to live.

Your on the right track because most people don't even think about a passion.

Think long-term, and when you find it, focus on WHY you want to do what you do...instead of how much money can I make doing it...

Passion first, money follows

Also, I believe maturity plays a HUGE role in it also. You have to be wise.... Your almost never given anything you can't handle

i met my fiancé. not even on no simp ****, but she has life experience I don't and we have a pretty significant age difference

What do you mean exactly?

And for those who have posted your passions, you didn't include the process of how you fell into such a thing.

Was it growing up around it, or was it something that just sort of developed on your own out of the blue.

I feel many of us struggle to find our passion and really want to find it so that we can put more time and effort into something worthwhile.

Passion is teaching, but I get paid to do that so some don't consider it a passion.

I run and hike for fun. I take the running somewhat serious and try to do my best in that.

I'm hoping to someday get it so I teach during the school year then have sponsors pay race fees and travel to run semi-pro. That's a big dream, but without a dream there's nothing really to work for.

I doubt I will find mine. I'm so indecisive that I don't even know what I like.

Feel like I will die not knowing what I love and that depresses me.

...in the depths of borderline-suicidal darkness, choking on ridicule, isolation, and betrayal simply because people can't put me a box, so they make it their mission to try. Until I was able to breath in the torment and rejection like an elevation training mask; feeling like if my adversity was a tank, mentally and physically, I could now put dents in its armor with a simple jab, or grapple it and toss like a shout put sending it into orbit.

...my passion has been flexing my "freed mind" since NYE 2015.
