Her sister sounds messed up as hell. I wonder what the hell would have even happened if she was imprisoned at 1000 lbs.

She would almost certainly have to get some surgery for the loose skin.

I know a few people that have lost that much weight and each got some kind of surgery afterwards to tighten up.
 
I didn't read anything about gastric bypass. I seriously doubt that was just diet, but if it was damn that's impressive. Either way good for her ...
