All this took over the course of how many days or weeks? My brother had a mixup as well with some infrared 5s but that was because he was impatient exchanging the emails and going to higher ups just for not waiting something like a day for a response. Dude on the other end is still dumb but it just took a while. I would say go to admins for both websites being used and deliver your story to them. another thought is I don't know what you hope to gain from posting specifically in the NorCal thread to be honest
