I think what I'll have the hardest time with is picking older guys who can contribute more this season... or picking a guy who will be better in 3 years but isn't putting up the same numbers right now.

If he's simulating multiple seasons, how will the draft work? Considering a lot of created draft classes don't come out til late, unless we use fake draft classes and I have Lebron George on my team.

I thought champ was only simulating one season because in order to make multiple seasons work, free agency, rookies, possibly even trades, etc. will all have to factor in (at least in the video game). It would truly turn into a sim league at that point. I'm fine with that, but that means the rules will change.

You could usually find a good draft class from Operation Sports around April. We can use those to draft.
Will we be able to trade draft picks? I'd be willing to help keep that kind of stuff organized. Say I wanna trade AD for some picks because he isn't top 3 and never will be. Could I do that?

Yea, but this draft probably will take about a 1.5-2 months (similar to the last one). Simulating the season will be the fastest part. Everything will probably end up being completed by late October (draft + season etc).
