If you want to be technical, he's only been on the clock for 3.5 hours, but he wasn't @ when he was officially up.. that only came 2hr 15 ago.
Yeah, he should have been ready, it's not that difficult to have a few picks ready and check your email if you get notifications, etc., but just saying

He did as he was on deck... and clearly he hasn't checked in since yesterday, but I was just being technical since 6 hours ago it wasn't his pick.captain @'d him in post #1796 on page 60.
