Yeah. NXT is INDY-->WWE camp now.

They should just throw all of the already established wrestlers onto Smackdown. Let NXT be developmental and let Smackdown be all of the Indy wrestlers. Throw the IC belt on there and boom you're good.

I'm reading the "Spitting On The Grave" section of Death of WCW, and it just makes me irritated all over again. It's been talked about many times, but what atrocious booking throughout that time. So much money wasted just cause of ego, and it's sad that's the case all these years later. "It's like someone from WCW started to book Raw". Spot on.
