Use basic interview techniques
1.be well dressed
2.practice q&a beforehand
3.know your strengths and weaknesses. obviosly make your weaknesses very minor and you've been working on them
4.be early
5.have another copy of your resume
Remember past employment and reasons for leaving
6. Be courteous and be well spoken even if manager isn't
7. Obviously you want to work there due to your passion for shoes
8. Focus on your sales experience and your knowledge of the shoe game

^ If you have something like this on your resume then good luck to you. Aside from that, be ready to talk about teamwork, working well with others, and learning new systems (such as computer systems). And DO NOT say 'check' instead of 'swoosh'. Yes, I have worked at a Niketown.
