we REALLY and i mean REALLY need help in our secondary. i cant believe we wasted our pick on hayden. he has the potential, but he's just not panning out.

we were just off entirely yesterday. the last time carr threw 2 INTs in a game was 11/30/14 against the rams, when we lost 52-0 :smh:

We need a 3rd reciever until either Roberts, Holmes or any of the TEs step up and become a consistent and viable option. The potential is there for the previously mentioned. We need someone to open up the middle of the field for Carr.

Our secondary can be easily addressed. Plenty of CB available this upcoming offseason. Go after Jenkins or Johnson from the Rams. Or Norman if the Panthers allow him to test the market. Add a safety for depth. Use the draft to find a safety or cb in rounds 1-4.
 
Watching AP shred the way he did on Sunday was pretty amazing.
It's good to see him back and just cutting through defenses again.
My gut said before the half that he was gonna do 200 easy.

The NFL is suspending Oakland Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith one year for his role in an Aug. 6 incident, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Tuesday.
 
If Greg Hardy can get his suspension down from 10-4 I wouldn't be surprised if Aldon got less than a year.
 
Still not mad that they signed him regardless, wouldn't mind Aldon coming back if the price is right next year :nerd:
 
For me the only question is who do we have to take care of his spot for the first part of next year? What if Reggie drafts a DE and he ends up giving us solid production?
 
The substance abuse policy was created and ruled separate from other policies in the league agreement. He is getting hit harder based on multiple violations. We all knew this was coming. The Raiders got what they could out of him for the 9 and will stand with him through the suspension. Meanwhile we can add more defense in the draft because clearly no one wants to tackle...

Keep Edwards at DE and go with Jelly/Dan in the middle then Mack on the other edge. Nab an ILB and move Ball outside maybe? Kind of spitballing here but I don't think it should be too much of a concern.
 
I think this team is missing Justin Tuck more than we thought we would...Hopefully N.Ball can come back soon, lord knows I don't want to see Ray Ray on the field no more
