O'Malley might sound good but he is a big part of the reason Baltimore is the way it is now. His policies opened the floodgates on senseless arrest all in the name of numbers on the board. He jetted out of the city with those inflated numbers right into Annapolis. The city police pretty much collapsed after he left . Didn't trust him the state capitol and he most certainly wont be getting my vote for president
