How old is too old to kiss your child?

Honestly nothing wrong with it. I still kiss my mom and I'm a female. I don't care. If people stare I don't care either. I've seen tons of people kiss their parents. Sons and moms. Daughters and fathers. And vice versa.
You are wild if you honestly feel like woman on woman is the same as the picture I posted above. That boy is like 12 years old man.

It is because it's your child. How many fathers shower with their boys all of the time?

A lot of fathers. And it's perfectly normal. Nothing wild about it. So nothing wrong with a father kissing his son.

Again, why are we pretending that kissing a 12  year old boy on the mouth is the only means of "showering" your son with love?

I don't think that is normal but again ok.......

I have a son thats nine. I kiss him on his head. thats about it. Secret handshakes majority of the time. I kiss my mom on the cheek. The lip thing is kinda weird to me. I wouldnt judge anyone if thats how they are raised though.

Yeah man no showering with sons man :x the hell.

Kisses on the lip for my daughter until she is about 5 and never do it to my sons.

Haha, that's what I was thinking.  It's not like we're talking about french kissing your kids.  It's a peck on the lips!  Not sitting there licking their lips off...What's so different about showing love to your offspring in that manner versus a long hug?  It's all mental and what you make of it IMHO.  In the end it all depends on how you raise your kids.  There are way too many broken families and deadbeat parents to make a topic such as "How old is too old to kiss your child" comical.  I rather be more harsh on a parent that can walk away from their kids and not support them...how young is too young to leave your kids is the real question.

Prop to the parents that shows love to their kids and support them.

For a Father, around the age of 10. Mothers can get away with it lifelong. My mom still kisses me on the cheek when we part, but men can't be caught doing such after a certain age.

Kissing kids on lips? Chill

When I drop him off to school I give him a hug and kiss on the cheek everytime, he hates it

Got kids?

Think kids kissing parents on the lips is weird?

Then, don't kiss your kid(s) on the lips.

My pops and I aren't that close we only do the half hug. But that is because we have a strained relationship. My son and I hug and kiss everyday, and he is 8. I don't see anything wrong with parents showing their kids love like that.

They aren't tongue kissing :smh:. I greet my aunts and older female cousins with hugs and kisses. Not always on the lips but sometimes yeah. If my moms was alive I would kiss her on the lips and not feel weird. No big deal.

To each his own but until I saw the photo of Belicheck and his daughter I never knew kissing kids on the mouth was a thing. I'd never even seen it before that. Nothing wring with showing kids affection but nah

Kissing on the lips is reserved for significant others imo. I aint kissing my child of any age or gender on the lips.

I always thought the way and bros kisses were a little weird.

BUT them dudes are close as hell so they got a pass from me.

But I'll kiss my kids on the cheek. My parents didn't kiss us or hug us. The only kisses in our house hold was between them.... And even that barely happened

Probably that old school west Indian lifestyle...

I can't kiss my kids enough. my son is 9 and he get regular kisses on the cheek. my daughter is 7, she sometimes gets it on the cheeks. she's more affectionate than my son is. my baby girl gets kisses all the time.

I still kiss my dad to greet him and when i leave. i used to do the same to my grandfathers, too.
