Be tween texting, calling, snapchat, twitter, youtube, browsing , instagram , playing games , yahoo sports app , podcasts etc
I probably spend like 5 hours a day on my phone :x

8- Listening to music/podcasts
2- Social media
1- games
1- browsing Internet
2- nike+ or other fitness app

So about 14 hours a day. Granted I'm doing other things and these are just second nature to do while talking and hanging out.

I'm  on my phone every hour from the minute i wake up until i go to sleep

Prob 10 15 hours

Bout 0.7 cause I realized awhile ago its probably healthy to keep a decent amount of disconnect.

Not much honestly. Don't really like being on my phone when I go out and I use the computer when i get home.

It's funny...I had an in depth conversation with a guy who heads a VC that primary invests in tech start ups. We were talking about where tech, primary mobile was 10 years ago, where it is now, and where it is going.

There are more cell phones in the world than there are toilets.

I try to disconnect, but it's hard at times. Even at lunch, I'll open a news app to see what's going on in the world. I have no games at all on the phone though. It's even worse for some of my coworkers and former places of employment where we had to sync our work email to the phone. When you see that adds up rapidly, it's a real buzzkill.

No more than an hour per 24 hours.

Used to be a lot, but Ive cut back.  Way back.  Overly connected nowadays.  Also got annoying checking the same crap all day whether it be social stuff, Bleacher Report, "news" etc.   Feels better to disconnect from that and just have your damn thoughts and observations

What good is all that for you anyways.  Also, makes me sick walking around and seeing everyone's face buried in their phones.   People lost their ability to interact, entertain themselves etc.
