Jordan Retro 6 low Infared problem?

I just got Retro 6 low Infared at footlocker a couple weeks ago, I haven't worn them yet but I decided to take a close look and noticed a couple things in the paint and out sole. Is this pretty much on all the pairs of Retro 6 low Infared or did I get a bad pair?
 
I'm not sure but a couple of my shoes that I bought the past two years have had flaws like this maybe even a lttle paint where it's supposed to be white. These are supposed to be remastered and they're charging even more now than before but they release shoes with issues just like these. I don't understand why I bother to keep buying them.
 
Yea from a distance they looked fine but it has a lot more little problems then the ones I posted.
 
Also if I were to paint over the icy soles in those little spots with Angelus Direct paint will it seep through the sole?
 
Idk man I myself wouldn't bother . But if it bothers you that much by all means go ahead they're your shoes. If it's your first time doing that practice on beaters first and make sure you get the right color. Just some advice.
 
I'm not sure about the paint seeping through the sole though you might want to look into that.
